Joseph has always been fascinated by movies and videos of all kinds. Being part of the first generation to grow up with the internet, they found themselves enchanted in particular by YouTube, a video-sharing platform. The video Joseph is most proud of, "A Video on Mental Illness I Guess", is an exploration of what mental illness is and how we treat it in the United States of America, as well as ways in which the definitions we use and the care we provide as a nation could be improved. Using academic sources as well as drawing upon personal experience, Joseph explains what it's like to be mentally ill and articulates a desire for compassion for those who struggle like they do.
